Tower speakers on a non-tower boat

I did finally get it done. They do swivel and the shaking is not bad at all. I think the 6 lb icons were key. The rev8's would have been too heavy and probably too loud for close listening. Tim White actually recommend the v-lock mounts and they work great. I'll try to take more pics the next time out to better show the set up. I was too busy jamming yesterday to take more. I had to start with Zac Brown to kick it off. The xs650's are pretty damn good as well.

I do really like Free and Chicken Fried cranked up! Guitar sounds so nice and clear. Now throw on some Raise Your Weapon by Deadmau5! Then you'll see what them puppies will do! Hehe based on how you were using them, definitely the icons, happy it all worked out! Yeah Tim is super helpful.

Pretty cool setup for those without towers. I had a pretty big stereo in my last boat, but all the speakers were low inside the boat. Really loud inside, but not on the shore.
