Tritoon Lifting strakes on a boat lift

New Bennington owner.

I am hopeful for confirmation of fit.

I purchased a Bennington 22’ SXSP with 150 Yamaha. It has the SPS tubes with strakes. It replaced a pontoon that I lost in hurricane Helene.

This New boat Not yet delivered.

I have a “Doozie” lift with v-cradles that lift each tube from beneath. I am also adding a center bunk for the third pontoon.

I’d like to be sure that the lifting strakes on the new tubes to not bind when lifted.

If you’ve dealt with this, I’d appreciate sharing your experience and insight.

My Plan A is the have the boat delivered and then gently try to lift the boat seeing that the strakes align and clear.

If the strakes do not clear the cradles or bind, I do not have a plan B.

Does the new pontoon have all 25" tubes? Although hard to get a good gauge, looks like the boards would only contact on the outside edges? Maybe a bit of a bevel would be useful? Might also consider countersinking the bolt heads a bit more to avoid any possibility of metal-to-metal contact and , maybe, potential for galvanic action?

Yes, 3 equal sized 25 tubes.

Good tip on countersinking bolts.

I have a 2024 SXSB. If helpful, I pasted a few pictures below. I just noticed that the center pontoon trailer support was setup with the two boards with unequal angles. It works, but looks strange.
