Tubes on top

I've never done it with mine, but I do use this velcro strap with a quick clip on it for mine. I hang it between the rear loungers from the tower to let it dry out a little on the ride back to the dock. I would think if you found some good 1 1/2-2" thick heavy duty velcro strapping, you could run it through the hand holds on the tube and put it around the outer tube of the tower. Should work quite well.

This is what I have

We turn ours upside down and hook it on the ski pylon.  With the I/O it just rests on the ski platform.

We do the same and I use the quick connects with suction cups looped through the tube handles to secure it while underway.

Tubes do best when stored out of  the wind.  They'll easily start to fly on you.  That's another reason to purchase a boat with an extended aft deck.

Many just use bunji cords to hold them down.
