I just recently bought a 2021 bennington 20' pontoon boat with 90 horsepower motor. Can i tow a 3person tube?

You can (do you have a tow bar or are you going to use the transom eyelets?) but it will not be a thrill ride. Especially if you have additional people in the boat. It will be s l o w. Little children will like it, but the older and heavier they are, no bueno.
