Wanting to add RGB led lights on the exterior & underwater

My r23 came pre wired on the corners of the bow for the pontoon lighting so im going to follow some diy i saw on here to finish that. My real question is what are people doing for underwater rgb lighting? Do some boats come pre wired from bennington? Where would the plug end be if it did?
