Water getting into center log.

I have noticed water in the center log of my 2024 rs25 series boat. The plug appears to be in place. Do they leak or are there points of entry elsewhere? BTW, it has a Yamaha 475.
 
I had a bad weld on my 2022 . My dealer drained it and welded it until the toon could be replaced.
 
I don't believe the pontoons come with plugs? My center toon with storage gets wet from occupants, rain, and spilled drinks. Most of it drains out to the back (from the storage section, into the fuel section, out with the bilge). When not using and covered, I leave the storage door open.
 
He could be referring to the plug on the top , but water is not getting in through that .
