I pulled my tritoon out of the water, and when I backed it into my driveway and got out, I heard sloshing in one of the toons. Not sure which one yet, but I'll figure that out. I had a weld repaired last year on one of the toons. I had them weld in pugs at the rear of each toon to drain them. I had no idea they were sealed with a baffle, so that will only drain the rear chamber. Looking at the bottom of each toon, I can see where they were drilled on each side of the weld on each toon, and the hole was filled with an epoxy or something. From that, I am betting there are two chambers (I had heard there were three on some). If I drill these again, is it better to drill a new hole or just try to drill the same hole and fill that? In the off-season, I will take them to an aluminum welder and have them welded closed.
