Water Pooling on SV 22 with slingback chair

I just got a new SV22 Pontoon boat with the slingback chair. Water is puddling in the back. See the attached pic. Does anyone else have this problem and is there a
for this? Thanks for any help.

That clip on the port side of your cover is for a strap the goes over the bimini frame to tighten up your cover .

I had a suspicion that's what they were for, so I did this. But I still think it's going to puddle. Any thoughts?

I put mine over the top. Mine doesn't puddle
