We’ve been using the Heavy duty Quick Cleats for 2 years now. Fit nicely on the rails, easy adjustment when tying to other boats and docks, look nice. Mills Fleet Farm 8” fenders are nice sized and good price.
We unfortunately have people at sand bars steeling peoples anchor floats, buoys etc. so it doesn’t pay to spend a lot on matching colored fenders.

I use these Quick Cleats. They just slide onto the rail and fit great. No drilling or screws required and you can move them to different spots very quickly and easily as needed.
