What type of seat material

Hey guys, I have a 2018 Benny 23 SSBXP with the sport preformance package. No where in the manuals I received from the previous owner does is say what type of seat material I have. Can anyone enlighten me?

I have an 2018 22SSXAPG so I assume our seats are similar. I can’t give you the name but here’s the cleaning info.

Starting in 2017 Bennington had started using the Simtex on the SXP lineup. For instance, I have a 2017 24’ SSBXP and it is Simtex. Your 2018 should be the same material, which is the modern seating materail Bennington uses on its current boats.

Cleaning instructions for Simtex are stickied in the forum.

Thanks Jeff, I thought it was Simtex but nowhere in any literature that I have on the boat does it say what the material is. I do have the cleaning instructions, the same as Dan posted above, but strangely it does not say what the material is.

Yeah, my boat didn’t come with any literature specific to fabric type. Since I ordered it to spec, I was independently on top of some of that based on working with my salesperson at the time.

I have always assumed that the lack of literature/information is just typical, but I don‘t totally know. This was my only pontoon purchase experience.
