White marks on the boat seats removal help?

I have the simtex vinyl and was wondering how to remove the white marks from the seats , it looks water stains but they seam permanent thanks for the help

So, this is where the flip up seat bottom seals with the rear cushion. Thus, it appears something is getting down in between these, drying, and leaving a stain (that is NOT being left on the seat or cushion top - only the two meet and probably trap moisture).

A fine mist hose spray does an amazing job of cleaning our Simtex.
Then, try Fantastik - is solved 90% of our other clean up needs.
 
Agree with RangerMTB5, I get these from time to time and will get my seats wet with clean water and let the sun hit them. As soon as it dries the marks are gone.

Did not help
 
Do a search in the upper right corner for Simtex, the phone number in on the bottom of the cleaning instruction sheet .
I don't have access to the number right now.
