JaccFrost - We paid $500, not sure if it was pro-rated for only part of the season. Good price, and we are checking on reserving for next year.

Cadillac is great for boating, as you have access to both Lake Cadillac and Lake Mitchell. Missaukee Lake is only a short drive away (15 miles) All have great fishing.
 
I am about a 5 minute drive from my closet ramp in Whitehall, but I still wish I had a slip at one of the local marinas. Cadillac is Quite the drive for me, but it is now on my list of places to go.

It's funny though, that you mention the Scottville Clown Band. My Uncle Charles Weber is a member.
