Who has the new Mercury 150?

I ordered the New Mercury 150 with 7 year platinum warranty coverage ,yesterday

I didn't have a lot of options other than Mercury when we bought our boat.  Dealer sold Mercury, local service center was Mercury, etc.  I started with the 115 HP and traded up to the new 150 Fourstroke, and have been VERY happy with it so far.  I didn't realize it at the time, but the 115 HP four stroke was a lot rougher than the 150.  It shook the boat pretty good at idle compared to the 150.

That's because the F115 has no counter-balancer. The F150's are much smoother because of the CB.

The Mercury 150's idle and low speed running quality is similar to the F115, just not annoyingly so.

I had the Merc 90 on the old boat ,smooth as can be ,at times we could barely  hear it at the dock .

Hope the new 150 is the same .
