My understanding is SHO 200 comes only in 20" shaft length. SPS requires 25" shaft motors. Is that accurate?

Actually not quite ;-)
I don't know what Bennington offers on the SPS and it does appear that Yamaha for whatever reason skipped the 200 SHO in adding the 25". No idea why they did that.
