Yamaha F150 stalls

I have a 2015 with a Yamaha f150 that chugs and sometimes dies out at no wake speeds. Usually around 1k rpm. Starts right back up and it runs great at any other speeds. Anyone run into this? Spark plugs fuel filter and water separator have been changed. This has been an on going problem for a few years now. I’m starting to think it’s an issue with the TPS sensor seeing it only does it at a certain throttle point.

You have already changed everything I would have asked, except plug wires .

I think you'd be better off asking the question on a bigger boating forum like The Hull Truth if not already. Lots of threads and suggestions there, like a bad VST or failing battery. It could honestly probably be 20 things so the more F150 owners willing to chime in the better!
