Yamaha performance Tuner from Magnum Tuners?

Did some runs and it looks like I did not gain any top speed after the upgrade, had near calm conditions and 90+* F with about 25 gallons of fuel bimini in upright position but not opened wife I two coolers and a weekends worth of camping gear so it was heavier than normal and top speed was 37 mph @ 5600-5700 rpm, If I lightened the load a bit more and dropped the bimini to travel position I am sure 38 mph would have been attainable but no more so after the upgrade I find that other than running better and seeming to get a lot better fuel economy, the 150 is just pushed to the max on this heavy of a boat and can not be pushed any further.
The only thing I did not do was try my Yamaha 15X15 black stainless or same prop in aluminum over the current Yamaha reliance 14.5 X 15 full stainless.
