Hi guys. For the life of me I can't find info on the warning beeps for my yammie 150. The Yamaha manual and web searches turn up nice descriptions of what the high dollar gauges, but I don't have those.
I think I read in a manual that if it is a solid long buzz it is the high temp warning and if it intermittently buzzes it is low oil pressure but that is speculation of trusting my memory, I have heard the solid buzz from high temp several times on my boat when the water pump impeller is going bad thanks to the sandy water I run in on the Missouri River, just automatically replace the pump impeller every 2-3 years depending on how much river use it sees.
Semper, I did see those. I was hoping for more detail as W&F mentioned.
I have read there has been issues with false water in the fuel warnings from the 150s. I wondered if that warning has a specific audible warning or not.
