Yamaha Zerk Fitting ?

So, during my spring inspection I found this zerk fitting half way down the shaft of my Yamaha F70. Can't say my old 50 had it and I'm surprised I found it as I'm a little anal on maintenance. Looks like a ground screw is attached to it. Should this be greased ? White grease or is my Red-N-Tacky good enough?

Can’t go wrong with manufacturers grease. Yamalube I believe it’s called. Blue stuff.

Yep - hit it along with all your grease points per Yamaha. I believe that one is for your steering and you pump until new grease pushes out of the top of the mount bracket.

As Timdelta said use the Yamaha stuff, it's probably only a few bucks more than the generic stuff and you know it'll meet spec.
