I agree with the others, there is no set it and forget it on trim settings. I am constantly adjusting my trim based on knots and how many people on the boat. You didn't say if your motor is electrically trimmed? (do you have the trim toggle switch on the throttle?) OR is it a heave the motor...

Just emailed with Mike at Tumacs covers and will be ordering the exact cover that came with my boat new in 2007. tumacsmike [at] comcast.net I will post back how the experience went.    Thanks to all the advice I received here from other members!  

Bought my boat new in 2007 with Honda motor and received 2 rubber bound keys with it.

I agree 100% with you Keith, I always felt they were not trying hard enough not only on this cover but some other issues I had before.

I specifically asked them to try and get one from Bennington but was told about the 3 year old rule. Which I found odd since we keep our boats long after the covers wear out. So surely some after market company is picking up this slack somewhere. I am really trying to avoid the custom...

Thanks for the eBay tip, I looked there previously but found nothing definitive, hopefully the other member here will chime in with info on what they bought on eBay. I tried my dealer and they said Bennington only sells covers for up-to 3 year old models, so no luck with them.
