I have a 2003 2575rl with a 5.0 I/o with an alpha one foot. My prop is a little rough so I’m looking to replace. The prop now is a mirage plus 17 degree, is this the pitch I should be running?

Lost my helm plug and wanted to know if it is vented or not.

Photo tomorrow, mechanic said the hose from power steering pump was blocked off. I'll get picture. 

I have 2575rl with 5.0 inboard, I have hydraulic steering and a power steering pump on engine. The power steering pump hose goes nowhere, what's the purpose?  

Thanks, tried bleeding last year and lost all steering. Not sure if you bleed on the back on the sea star or somewhere else. 

I have a power steering pump on my engine and sea star arm on the back of my engine. Power steering pump has been replaced and steering still hard after riding 10 or 15 minutes. With this steering system should I be able to steer with one hand or should it be hard?  

Called my self checking pivot points, seems to do fine in neutral idling, it's more when riding. Bled some air off on arm on back side of motor and didn't seem to help. Not losing fluid anywhere, I'm I bleeding at right place( seastar arm on back of engine) ?

I have 5.0 inboard on 2575 rl, steering is awful , replaced power steering pump on engine, still no difference. What would be next step?

Thanks, I'll take a closer look. What does the power steering pump on the engine do, and what is the port on top right side of console. Looks like the tube goes to steering gear box. 

Just bought 2003 2575r and I don't think power steering is working. Equipped with seastar tilt steering .
