Yes we ran it all the way up and down several times and still reads the same all the way up on the gauge as soon as it hit trailer trim.

Got Benny in the water for the first time. After 3 hrs of slow riding around we opened it up to she what she would do. Top out at 46 mph with full tank of gas and 2 adults and2 kids on board.

For us it was 5 1/2 weeks to the dealer from the day we ordered the boat. We are only a big hour fron the bennington plant that helps.

From what I have found the F series motor run quiter and a little better on gas. The VF SHO motors are little louder and have better hole shot and midrange power. We got a VF250 on our 2250 GSR with the ESP package. We wanted the extra power for water sports. If you are thinking of a 225...
