arch bimini issues top

Hi, I have a new 2018 23RSBA, having an issue with the section of Bimini that is secured within the arch (the small section that the overhead top zips onto). It pulls out from the track that is recessed within the arch and I have gaps in each side. I’ve fed it back in but the same issue arises...
