I have a 2011 20 SLI. How do you remove the docking lights. the screws in the stainless steel frame just turns so I assuming they have nuts on the back of them. Do I have to lift the hole unit off of the deck to get at them?

Also, does anyone know what the bulb style this is? I want to switch to LED.

this isn't my boat, boat but the light assemblies are just like this one.

You must remove the complete light from the deck. The screws have nuts under the deck, including the navigation light. I replaced ours with SilverStar Ultra bulbs.

ughhhh! Kind of figured that was going to happen.

I just replaced the nav lights and I noticed one screw went into the decking.

do you know the bulb type? I'd like to get this done all at once.

I "THINK" it's an H1. Call a dealer and ask to be sure.

Mine were 35 watt H3 bulbs. You have to take the whole housing apart, there are nuts behind those bolts.

I know this is an old thread but wondering if there is a way to buy the entire assembly. My daughter had an unexpected meeting with the corner of the dock and the light didn't fare well on impact :)

Are Bennington parts only available through dealers or are there other online sources?
