Hi all I bought a 2013 2250gbr it has a merc 150 SPS toons and has the rear bar without the fridge. I am trying to buy a lift for it and can't seem to find out how much it would weigh ( with fluids ). Am I safe with a 4000# lift or do I need a 5000#?

Personally I'd go with a 5K lift. Fuel, people and gear ads up quickly.

You definitely want a 5000# lift. I have a 6000# for my 2275RCW.

I'm going with a 6,000 pound lift. Mine is 4200 pounds with fuel/no-people. I have some extra stuff, but you'll be close.

Here is info that I got from Bennington for a 2015 "2550GBR".  The options are listed below.  Maybe you can subtract to get you an idea of what your boat weights.  I couldn't find any "actual" data for a 2250GBR in the info I got from Bennington.
