2274GL with Yamaha 150

Have ordered a 2274GL and at y'alls recomendation went from the 115 to 150 (w/power steering).

Ordered with the "Express Performance Package" 3 25 inch.

I haven't seen any reports on performance with this exact configuration.

Any feel for top end speed at WOT and handling performance with this set-up?

Your boat should be slightly faster and more efficient than the ESP hull, but just not quite as good in tight turns. Most pontoon boat owners don't push their boats that way.

Your boat should be quite a performer, and do virtually anything you ask of it with the 150 hp motor.

I cannot attest to speeds (since I don't own one), but you can look to this website for what to expect with your engine/hull combo.

I understand speed demons will find the two elliptical (32") hull with strakes to walk away from the tritoons by 4 to 5 mph. But, pontoons don't handle as well as the tritoons. It might matter if you were going to pull tubers or skiers or if you often carried heavy loads (8 to 12 people.)
