Hi I have a pleasure charter in Florida. My tri gets run typically at 20kt at 3900 rpm.
I dont know which prop exactly but it looks like it says quicksilver 15p.

On the return home I was only able to consistantly make 3400 turns and may have had a soft sand strike so I thought I may have spun the prop. I just replaced the hub kit today.

My boat seems to be slower than most overall so I wanted to ask what props you guys are using on similar motors?

Thanks

Previously I had a 150 Mercury on a 23 ft RCW . I had a 15X15 Enertia prop

Need detailed boat, motor and prop details if you want to try to narrow down ideas to dial it in via advise here. We do have some good, knowledgeable people, and when listened too, typically can help get people dialed in pretty nicely.

Needed boat details: boat model, length and SPECIFIC hull?
Needed Motor Details: HP and model (brand also never hurts in people considering what’s worked for them).
Goals: hole shot, WOT, efficiency?

My 24 ft. with a Mercury 150 came with an Enertia stainless prop. 17P. It has performed well for us! Great hole shot for skiing and 38/42 top speed. But I have been told that a 15P would be the proper prop for that motor!
