Advice with Simtex and sunscreen

I read sunscreen stains Simtex. Would that be from sunscreen either spilled or sprayed directly on the upholstery? Would passengers that have applied sunscreen and allowed it to dry for 15 minutes be a problem?

I’ve had the zinc/mineral based sunscreen rub off on my darker accent Simtex. I used dawn and a scrub brush and got most of it out. Eventually it all faded away.

My wife uses it in a squeeze bottle ,then sits on a towel . Absolutely NO Spray ( along with a list of other things ) is allowed on mine .

I've had a few sunscreen 'stains' appear. A little Dawn and water on a towel, and it's gone.
