Have 2014 22SFX with standard bimini top. Can these be laid forward? If so, it will fit into my garage without removing it. Thanks...Bill
 
You should be able to lay it on the railing.
 
I don't think mine would lay any lower forward or backward. Even not using the trailering arms I think it would lay the same height, but yes you can lay it on the rails as Carl said.
 
Unplug the two wires before you do! There isn't a lot of slack in them. Don't ask me how I know! :)
