Black Plugs on prop

My new Enertia 14x19 has those rubber plugs in it and I didn't know if removing them would make any difference.


My boat now launches like a rocket with them in.


What difference might I see if I remove them?

Leave them in. They have them with different size holes but they're mostly for dialing in bass boats.
