Black spots spider pooo!

I just bought this new to me boat and I thought the spots were mildew. I tried marine 31, dish soap, I tried a little fantastic I tried vinegar I tried vinyl cleaner , peroxide, alco, and I mean nothing has touched it not in the least a little bit. I’m guessing this is not mildew. I would really appreciate any thoughts you all may have , I’m going crazy.

You could try a magic eraser being it’s the “vinyl” seats. Be gentle, and test first in out of sight are. I used them on my old vinyl seats with some luck. Also try a dollar store cleaner called Totally Awesome. Many here have had good luck with it. I clean my wheels on my truck (brake dust) with it that wheel cleaner won’t budge.
 
Good luck. I have it on my house vinyl & windows this winter, and it's a real bear to get off. I think it's covid shed. Lol

Jeeps Try this Northwoods Zap Power Cleaner HD. It works man ! Google it ,some Marinas carry it if not good ole Amazon. It's like $14.00 with shipping.
 
Keeper I'm going to have to say that it is a bit of mildew. Take a spray bottle and put an ounce of bleach in it and fill the rest with water and shake it up. Now on the corner of one of your seats spray on a small area and let it sit for a few and see if the black marks start to disappear. You can also spray some on a rag and wipe on your seats and see what happens. If it works spray on a bigger area, let sit and then wipe the entire area with a clean rag/towel. It'll work!
 
There is a product here in Florida called McKees 37 mildew remover. Give that a try as I heard it works wonders for mildew
