Boat hoist canopy fasteners

What are you guys using to attach the canopy to the top of the hoist?  I've been using zip ties which certainly do the job but then I have to cut all of them off in the Fall.  Do they make something like a short piece of bungy for this?  Seems like I heard of something like that a while back that has a ball at one end to slip through the other and that way they can used over and over again.  I can't seem to find them.  If someone has a link to purchase this (if it even exists) I'd sure appreciate it as I haven't been able to locate it.

You might find cheaper or different sizes and quantities, but I just did a quick search. I think I bought some at harbor freight before.

Sorry, I was on like 4 different forums and sites. I jump from ebay to hobbyking to here to Facebook then start again ....... Lol !!!
