Breaker won't reset

The breaker for my Nav power won't reset. What do i need to do to fix it?

Either you have a dead short in that system or a bad breaker, I’d lean harder on the dead short than the breaker but both are a possibility. Someone else posted of the same issue, make sure all the ground wires were re-attached if your battery was disconnected over the winter.
