I like it!! One big problem though, half the fun, or more if you ask my wife, is sitting and relaxing in the sun and feeling the cool lake breeze. So unless they put a lounger on the roof, it isn't going to fly, or float for me!

I would imagine about 1.5 to 2 million.  I own a simple Diesel Motorhome and know about all the things that can go wrong.  Adding the amphibious part would really ensure a lot of things to go wrong.  Personally, I think the motorhome and a Bennington would be a better way to go.

What about the "Blue Water" inside the home? Or Gray water for that mater??? Electrical, ??? There some trickery here Lucy!!!

Maybe its just like a little kid at a pool, when you need to empty the "grey water" ya just get in the lake!! Haha although you might be better off to first fill the fresh water tank!
