Challenge with Bimini on 2021 with arch

Would welcome any advice on how to easily open and close the Bimini on a 2021 RXFBA with arch. It seems it should be easier- not sure if the arch created a design flaw but it was a wrestling match to try to figure it out for the first time. Thank you In advance for any help!!

I had an open arch on my 2014 ,it is a PIA . Only put the Bimini up twice . 1st time was when we took delivery 2nd was showing it to the new owner last year . The bimini stayed in the garage .
Are there front locating holes on a closed Arch as they are on an open ?
My wife and I started by placing the rods in the front of the arch and worked our way back .
