CIPA mirrors

Just wanted to give a shout out to CIPA and their customer service. Last weekend while trying to find the best spot on my bimini post for my CIPA 02000 mirror I accidentally dropped the knob that holds the mirror into the drink. I contacted them today to buy a replacement and was told they don't sell them, but they had extras and would send me one at no charge. Can't beat that for customer service, just wish my dealer would be so quick at responding to my inquiry 3 days ago about my bimini top storage boot issue.

They did the same thing for me last year. They actually sent me 2.


I have to figure out a way to tie something to knob to keep it from happening again.

Taking care of customers usually is much less expensive than finding new ones, and they'll be on for life...
