I have the power Bimini top for my 2575 RCW and after only having the boat for 3 weeks, the actuator arms are stripped. Since the top is stuck in the full down position (over top of of the rear loungers), I took the top off and the dealer has to send the actuators out to power-arm for rebuilding. Has anyone had similar challenges?

I figured they were Schwintek mechanisms, with motors like they use to move RV sliders in and out.  They're pretty small, strong little motors.  Lippert Industries appears to have bought the company, but the Schwin family's still around running it.

They'll  get you straight.  Bennington's different from other manufacturers in that they have a long warranty and they administer it.  They don't pass the buck off to the people that made the components.
