Went to pull boat on 10/26. Guess not!

South winds blew 6'-8' of water out of bay.

Am I missing something here? The water is now down 6 to 8 feet due to wind? That seems like crazy talk!!

Not uncommon with the winds 20-30+ we had out of the south Friday thru Saturday on the south side of Erie.  Heck wave forecast for lake were 12-15' Once the wind stopped blowing  on Sunday the water started coming back in.

That is crazy. I didn't think the wind could pull that much water out. Learn something new everyday!
