I stubbed my toe in LOTO

Rumor has it there is a Technical Service Bulletin from Yamaha, with a fix for this issue.
 
Is the fix to have a Merc :D
 
LOL after seeing what Tom can do with the smart gauges and the speed... it might be. :)
 
Corrective action confirmed. They have a plate to cover 1/2 the gasket. I pick her up tonight I'll try to remember photo's tomorrow. Yamaha also covered my tow bill, but they would not cover my toe bill. Lol
 
Here is the fix from Yamaha, they put a bracket over 1/2 the crank seal
