Jump Pack - what size

New to Pontoon life - just bought a 2023 20SVL!
I've searched about Jump packs on here, but no one seems to say what size is needed.
I want to get a jump pack but how do you decide what size to get? 90hp Mercury CT
 
Welcome to the forum Furniture! How many CCA's (Cold Cranking Amps) does your battery have??? My Interstate cranking batteries have 800. I have a lithium portable jump starter that packs 1250 amps. It will start any vehicle we own and we have one in each one and also bring it on the boat in case. An average boat motor only needs about 100-400 amps to start depending on its size. So I wanted one that at least 1000 amps. One I could use for multiple starts if needed.
 
Thank you! Good advice. I’ll check on the boat requirement but I bet my truck takes more so will use that and put it in the truck in winter.
