Kicker Radio frozen on home screen

I have a 2019 SX23 Saltwater Edition Tritoon. The Kicker radio just stopped playing and is frozen on the startup screen. Any idea if this would be covered under Beningtons warranty?

It should be covered. You can do a search in the upper right for the warranty statement.

I’d try unplugging the unit in an attempt to reset it. That shouldn’t be very difficult and it might very well take care of the issue. Otherwise, file a warranty claim.

MASTER RESET
To perform the master reset and restore all settings/ functions on the KMC10 back to
their factory defaults, please do the following:
Press and hold the Play/Pause
button for 5 seconds.

Mine has done that once in a blue moon. Reset has fixed it. Still working on my 2017.
