livewell and cupholder drains

As I started in to installing the Garmin 740S I got for Xmas, I'm finding several of the cupholders as well as the seats and live well don't have drains in them.

Seems only the ones in the top of the helm do.

Are they all supposed to?

On my 2013  SLX the two on the helm had drains ,All the rest are options and portable .

I can't  speak on the 2014  RCW ,hasn't been delivered  yet .

my 2014 only has the helm cup drains. none of the other holders have the drain line attached. possibly because of the wiring under the helm area.
