Lowrance Elite-5

I am ordering my new 2017 SSLX and if I get the Bennington-installed Simrad GO5, I am asking if they can mount it where the stereo controls are and move the stereo controls to the right side. Why? I can't believe they would put the Simrad in an obstructed area where you have to peek around the steering wheel to see what it is showing. Plus, we don't really play music when we are on the water, so I don't mind those controls being behind the steering wheel.

I hope Bennington will do this for me - any predictions?

Have your dealer special request it on the build, OR, have them request no install for either and they can do it at the dealer.
