Marine Wood Flooring Leak

We have a 2014 22 SLX. The flooring keeps showing dark spots or moisture spots.  Does anybody recommend a way to seal the underneath of the deck?  In addition I would like to know if the aft tweed-like flooring is available to replace the carpet?

Since it's a 2014, I would call your dealer since it's under warranty.
