New Bennington 2552 qcw i o problems Bummer

Went to use my boat yesterday which is only 6 months old and no start. Batteries totally dead. Dealer came quickly which I thank them for and looked at it and said its something with the computer. Hope its not tied up too long. Its been a fun summer on the boat. Only a few days left here in upstate NY.  Tried to jump it nothing and breaker kept popping.  Any thoughts on what would cause batteries to be totally dead.
