This is my first boat - had to get the kids education and a wedding out of the way first.

Wow, sounds like a very nice set up, just a shame it's so under-powered.... that 300 yamaha will barely blow your hair man..... jk, sounds like a beautiful rig... congratulations...

You should have added chapters and an index for listingn all those options!!
 
Thanks for all the comments - I will keep you posted as improve it.

Still breaking in the motor - got it to 22 mph with full canvas @ 3000 rpm.
