can anyone give a idea on how to wash the curtain for the changing area

I saw a boat a couple of weeks ago that had the curtain up covered with mold. I don't think just washing will do it with out some type of chemical that will kill the mold. I still can't figure out how this curtain got so bad. Mine's as clean today as it was when we got the boat.

Yup what Jared said and if it does have mold or mildew on it............about a 1/2 to a cup of bleach.
