Hi Tom welcome to the forum. What we need is alittle more info such as type of motor number of proplr on boat etc. My guess would be that you are way over propped. Is this a new boat? If it is I would take it back and have them get you the correct prop,

My best guess is you would be probably need a 9 or 10 pitch prop,

Way too much pitch. You need a 14x9p or 14x10p. Probably the latter.

Hi there...dealer prep includes propping the boat correctly according to altitude, etc. Please speak with them for advice! Performance bulletins can be found on the website under Our Company, Performance. They are performed by the engine companies and we see that the 20SLi with an F70 Yamaha was tested with a 13 3/8 by 13 aluminum prop. Good luck, propping is an art, not a science! TB
