R23 Swingback rear shade / bimini?

I am looking at a R23 swingback.  I need shade on the lounger when facing backward.  Has anyone seen or done anything with a rear bimini on this model to shade more of the lounge?

I remember reading a recent post where someone rigged up a telescoping patio type umbrella off his stern. He was able to shade the back of the boat as well as the water around it, depending on the situation. Looked pretty cool...
