Removal of broken armrest pin on captains chair

Im having a hard time removing the broken armrest pin on the captains chair of my 2013 bennington.  Can any one give me a hint on hoe to fix my problem!

And....they should get you a new chair.

My armrest broke 5 minutes into owning our 2013. They replaced the whole helm chair under warranty. You can see here how bad the plastic casting was on mine. Only 10% of the shaft was holding.
