Rubber Ladder Strap on 2011 Bennington 2574 RFSi

I just purchased a 2011 2574, it was a left over model in a local marina. Within the first 10 hours of use the rubber strap that holds the ladder up broke.

Does anyone know either:

1) Where I can purchase / order a new strap?

or

2) What other options I have to keep the ladder in place.

You can get the strap from the dealer or get those bungees with the ball on them.

Had same problem after just 20 uses. Got one at my dealer for about $10. Will get a warranty covered part for spare once I remove original and turn it in.
